Yesterday was Matthews 32nd birthday and he was able to see his 9 year old son Orion mouth the words "Happy Birthday Dad!" It was very touching as Orion is still mute because of the pressure that was placed on his brain when his undiagnosed AVM burst on June 2.
Orion is aware and thus frustrated at not being able to communicate with words. He is restless yet exhausted.
This is our first attempt at a blog, so we will do our best at reporting daily on the cute little boys condition.
